HOW TO ORDER:
You can submit your order by:
a: logging in with your wholesale password and submitting your order from our Wholesale Categories
b: sending us a list of items and quantities via email to LRJwholesale@gmail.com
Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.
All prices are listed in CAD dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 40% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. LRJ will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $1500.
A minimum order of $500 is required on opening orders. For orders that are only t-shirts, we ask for a minimum order of $150. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
$200 minimum order is required for re-orders. LRJ operates on a pre-order basis only – please refer to wholesale package & line sheets for order and re-order dates. If you are absolutely in need of an earlier restock please email us at LRJwholesale@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
If re-ordering only t-shirts, we have our same $150 minimum – shipments on t-shirt only orders take approximately 2-3 weeks.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to LRJwholesale@gmail.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through e-transfer are preferred, however Square and Paypal are all accepted forms of payment as well. After opening order you may opt to pay 60% of your invoice now, and 40% plus shipping costs when the order is ready to ship. Please email us to find out more.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Please refer to wholesale package & line sheets for expected delivery & shipping dates. We operate on a pre-order basis for our stockists and occasionally there are backorders or delays. However, we have been generous in allowing time for these possible delays and hope to deliver your products even sooner than stated. General ship time is 8 weeks after Order Cutoff Date.
At this time we do not have set proximity limitations for our stockists, however if this is something important to you please reach out and we will set something specific up for your shop.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Little Rad Jack at LRJwholesale@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
